Your Tasks

  • Proactively acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones
  • Independently scheduling pre-order appointments
  • Holding order appointments in the showroom, online, and with customers
  • Recording and follow-up of orders
  • Showroom organization, maintenance, and customer hospitality
  • Planning and conducting acquisition tours
  • Training and merchandise support for our customers
  • Creating tour reports and follow-up
  • Maintaining, individually attending to, and developing existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Budget planning

Your Profile

  • You have a valid driver's license
  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in the fashion industry
  • You enjoy being on the road, feel confident driving, and love traveling
  • You enjoy advising demanding customers individually and competently
  • You love challenges and work economically and results-oriented
  • You are interested in sustainability, especially in fashion and lifestyle
  • You love fashion and can inspire others with your enthusiasm
  • You embody team spirit and are willing to lend a hand where necessary
  • You have a high degree of independence
  • You are talented in organization and planning
  • Your open and friendly demeanor fits well with our team
