You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt.
An exchange for a different size is possible via the returns portal.
You can find further information on the right of withdrawal here.
So funktioniert's:
This is how it works:
1. Register
Click on the button below and register your return or exchange. The products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags attached).

2. Packing
Verpacke die Produkte, wenn möglich im originalen Karton. Lade das Rücksendeetikett herunter, drucke es aus und klebe es leserlich auf dein Paket. Vergiss nicht alte Versandetiketten zu entfernen. Rücksendungen aus manchen Ländern sind von Kund:innen selbst zu übernehmen.
3. Send
Take your parcel to a drop-off location of the carrier indicated on the return label.
4. Exchange or refund
The processing of your return can take up to 5 working days after arrival at our warehouse.

Returns outside of Germany
To register your return, please use our Returns portal. Retouren aus dem Ausland sind von Dir selbst zu übernehmen und an folgende Adresse zurückzusenden:

Please note that returns from Switzerland that are detained by customs cannot be collected by Givn Berlin or the costs incurred cannot be covered. Therefore, make sure that your return is correctly labeled. Further information on returns from Switzerland can be found here.
